Includes an initial consultation, 1-2 prenatal visits, an on-call doula starting at 38 weeks gestation, a backup doula, guidance with preparing a birth plan, unlimited phone, text & email support throughout pregnancy, and continuous emotional, physical & informational support for you and your partner during labor, breastfeeding & bonding support immediate postpartum (1-2 hours after birth), travel within 40 miles of Columbus (43206) and on-going contact availability via text & call.

Virtual Birth SUpport

For people whose hospital will not allow doulas in: Includes initial consultation, 3-4 prenatal visits including teaching partner hands-on comfort measures for labor and exercises leading up to labor, on-call doula starting at 38 weeks gestation, a back-up doula, guidance with preparing a birth plan, unlimited phone, text & email support throughout pregnancy, continuous emotional, physical & informational support for you and your partner during labor in your home and/or via Zoom or FaceTime, breastfeeding & bonding support immediate postpartum via Zoom or FaceTime, 1-2 postpartum visits in your home (as requested), travel within 40 miles of Columbus (43206) and on-going contact availability via text & call.

Lactation counseling

Lactation services are included with our doula services, however, if you need additional visits before or after your birth we can schedule a visit in your home. This is for existing clients only
